Long Island Iced Tea
A sour highball that mixes several spirits with cola. Stronger than it looks. Not a tea.
Ingredients
- 15 ml vodka
- 15 ml gin
- 15 ml white rum
- 15 ml tequila
- 15 ml triple sec
- 25 ml lemon juice
- Cola to top
Preparation
- Shake the spirits, triple sec, and lemon with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled highball.
- Top with a little cola.
