Wine styles, without the myth of a correct palate

Colour, sweetness, bubbles, and place are four different axes. Champagne is not a mood. It is a region.

A useful wine note answers four questions: is it red, white, or pink; is it dry or sweet; does it have bubbles; and does the place name on the label have a legal meaning? Taste adjectives come after those facts.

Champagne is the worked example in this directory. Moët & Chandon Impérial is filed under Champagne, non-vintage, not under a generic sparkling shelf. Prosecco and Cava have their own pages even though this demo has no product rows for them. Empty is better than a borrowed bottle.

Still wine has no product row here yet. That is a data gap, not a judgment that wine matters less than whisky. The category architecture is already in place so a later researcher can add a verified row without redesigning the site.

Do not read body or tannin as moral qualities. A light wine is not more intelligent. A famous house is not a medical recommendation. Alcohol by volume on a wine label is the strength fact; this demo leaves Impérial's ABV blank rather than pick a typical 12.5 and call it checked.
